Reese & Rayna’s Trip to Las Cruces

 Day 11 finds us traveling through Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois. Today we stopped at Fox Ridge State Park and Eastern Illinois University. Information on Fox Ridge State Park   Information on Eastern Illinois University

 Day 10 has us traveling across Texas, all the way across Oklahoma and into Arkansas. We are staying in Russellville which is home to Arkansas Tech University and Lake Dardanelle. Information on Russellville, Arkansas  

Day 9 - we are headed home - traveled most of the day through New Mexico. But we lost an hour and made it to Amarillo, Texas. It is much cooler here, but still warmer than at home. Information on Amarillo, Texas  

 Day 7 & 8 was spent traveling to White Sands National Park and Dripping Springs National Park. White Sands is near a base and missile site. Las Cruces has a unique research center - Organization for Tropical Studies.
